Code of Conduct
VONA strives to create a supportive and nurturing creative community for writers of color. Each year we ask participants to read and sign our Code of Conduct. It outlines our core principles and what is expected from everyone in the VONA family.

Once you've read it, type your name in the first field and the date in the last field.
To sign, you can either type your name in the Signature field or click the "Add Signature" button in the upper right to add your name in a handwritten font. Then download the form and email it to programming@vonavoices.org by May 31.
Media Release
VONA will be posting images and video from the week to celebrate the summer and everyone participating. Images may be used online or in print materials.

Headshots & Bios
Every Summer is another opportunity to celebrate a group of exceptional writers. We'll be posting the full cohort here on the site and on social media and would like headshots and bios to fully promote and honor your accomplishment. Click the button to download guidelines.
